Kellie Bales
Kellie began serving at Cowee in December of 2013 as a member of the Audio Visual team and volunteering in the children’s wing known as Kingdom Kids. She then became involved in student ministry as one of the female small group leaders. After completing an internship here at Cowee in 2019, she became the Children’s Ministry Director. Kellie currently serves as our Children’s Ministry and Communications Director, using her creative skills to direct Cowee social media and produce digital content to tell the story of the Gospel.
She is a graduate of Western Carolina University with a B.S. in psychology and a pre-med concentration. Kellie is married to Ethan and enjoys the outdoors, photography, videography, and more. You can find her early in the mornings with lots of high school girls gathered around the Word. Kellie has a heart for youth and children, their families, and the furtherance of the Gospel.
