Cowee GEMs Andrews Valley Rail Tour

If you're retirement age, we'd love for you to join our GEMs for a day of fellowship, beautiful scenery, and a relaxing adventure at Andrews Valley Rail Tours!

We'll enjoy a scenic 9-mile, 1½-hour round-trip journey through the beautiful Andrews Valley and the Blue Ridge Mountains on historic railroad tracks. Participants may choose between an electric pedal-assisted RailBike or a comfortable Passenger Cart with swivel chairs—both offer a wonderful way to take in the mountain views.

🕥 Please arrive by 10:30 AM for mandatory safety instructions. The tour departs promptly at 11:00 AM.

💲 Cost: $65 per person (includes taxes and fees)

About halfway through the tour, we'll stop for approximately 30 minutes at the historic Valley River Tunnel, where you'll have time to enjoy a snack or picnic, take photos, or simply relax by the river. Feel free to bring a small cooler with refreshments.
