1. Is the Holy Spirit God?
Yes, the Holy Spirit is God. He is fully God. He is the third member of the trinity, which is God the Father, God the Son (which is Jesus), and God the Spirit (that’s the Holy Spirit). This is a wonderful truth about who God is!
2. What happened when the disciples received the Holy Spirit?
When the Holy Spirit filled the disciples, they began to speak in different languages. As they spoke, people from other nations realized that the disciples were speaking in a language they could understand. The people knew the disciples were from Galilee, so when thy began speaking many different languages, the people were very surprised.
