Discussion Questions:
1. What did Joseph’s brothers do to him?
Answer: They sold him to become a slave in Egypt. They had an evil plan, but God was with Joseph.
2. How did Joseph get out of prison?
Answer: God gave Joseph the power to interpret dreams. When pharaoh had a dream, the cupbearer remembered Joseph and brought him to Pharaoh.
3. How did God use what was meant for evil and Joseph’s life, and use it for good?
Answer: Joseph helped Pharaoh understand how to save people during a time when they would have no food. All the evil that happened to Joseph was used by God for good. God saved Joseph, his family, and many other people.
