1. What sacrifice did Mary make for Jesus?

Answer: Mary sacrificed her expensive oil by pouring it on Jesus as an act of worship. She had a heart of thankfulness toward Jesus that showed that He is the greatest treasure.

2. How did the disciples react to Mary’s offering?

Answer: They were upset! They thought she wasted the oil.

3. What did Jesus say about Mary’s offering?

Answer: He said that Mary had done a very good thing for him and that it was preparing him for burial.
