Answer: they came to Jesus because they believed Jesus had the power to heal. The woman’s faith in Jesus is what saved her. Jesus encouraged Jairus to believe in Him, even though Jairus’ daughter had died.
2. How did Jesus show His power?
Answer: Jesus showed his power by healing the woman and raising a little girl back to life.
3. Jesus healed the woman and Jairus’ daughter, making them new. How does Jesus make us new?
Answer: Jesus makes us new through faith in Him. He gives us new hearts with new desires and helps us to become more like Him as we trust in Him and obey God’s word.
