This week, Pastor Jason took us through Joshua Chapter 5, a chapter all about preparation and pausing. While the Israelites had just crossed the Jordan and were poised for battle, God had them press pause at a place called Gilgal. Pastor Jason shared this powerful message about trusting in God's timing and preparation. The key takeaway was that sometimes, before we leap forward, God wants us to remember our identity in Him and His faithful provision. Just like the Israelites needed to stop at Gilgal to renew their covenant and celebrate Passover, we too must remember and rest in our role as God's children. As we prepare our hearts, we're reminded to pause, reflect, and rely on God's plan. Let's strive to linger in His presence and trust His timing!
