Every Gospel account gives us a different picture of Jesus, each with its own emphasis. What we see in the Gospel of John is a theologically rich, emotionally charged picture of Jesus Christ as the Creator God of the Old Testament. If we are going to take this seriously then we cannot allow ourselves to be influenced into believing that Jesus was simply a “good moral teacher”. Instead, we must see Him as God and worthy of worship. Please join us as we challenge students with the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

The Christian life is a battle for the hearts and minds of eternal souls, created in God’s image. This battle is no more obvious than in the realm of higher education. Additionally, this is a period of life when the trajectory of how we think for the rest of our lives is being established and reinforced. In light of this, we need to be equipped to fight the good fight of the faith against any outside worldviews or ideologies that are in opposition to the truth of the Gospel and learn how to be fully grounded in God’s Word.

Simply put, our lives are to be lived for the glory of God. That sounds really powerful and profound, but what does it mean for us on a daily basis? This truth from the Bible encompasses every aspect of our lives. We need to properly orient the way that we think and act to point towards the glory of God. This is the only way that we will find true fulfillment and satisfaction.

Summer Camp (Snowbird Andrews, NC)

Summer Camp at Snowbird is all about pointing students to the Gospel. Offering nearly two-dozen recreation options, we are committed to high-adventure recreation. More than that, we are committed to Gospel-centered discipleship. This summer we will look at the attributes of God so that we can lift up His name and give Him the glory He deserves. It is only in light of this that we can be truly humbled. He is calling us to fear Him, to love Him, and to worship Him. In short, He is calling us into a relationship with Him where we can fulfill the purpose for which we have been created.
